Safe, Non-Toxic Sunscreen That Survives the Extreme
Thinksport, the most award-winning sunscreen on the market, has announced an official 2017 partnership with Ragnar Road and Trail Relay Series. With Thinksport’s broad-spectrum, mineral-based sunscreen, runners will stay protected from harmful UVA and UVB rays during the race.
“Our partnership with Ragnar was created over a mutual interest to provide the safest sunscreen to runners that will last through blood, sweat and tears,” said Kevin Brodwick, Founder of Thinksport and Thinkbaby. “Safety is our top priority. Ragnar athletes will not only be protected from the sun, but will feel at ease while using a product free of biologically harmful chemicals.”
The 41 long distance, overnight, Ragnar races take place in the most spectacular national parks and resorts throughout the US. Over 100,000 participants will take on the two-day challenge to run either a 120-mile trail or 200-mile road course. Throughout 2017, Thinksport will be at all 20 road and 21 trail races across the country with activation tents, providing its top-rated sunscreen.
Thinksport’s sunscreen formulation, applies easily, has the highest level of water resistance, and does not feel greasy, making it the perfect sunscreen for the most extreme athletes.
Based in Utah, Ragnar is the largest overnight running relay series in the United States. Traversing inspiring and scenic destinations around the country, these events make testing your limits a team sport. In the Ragnar Relay Series, teams of 12 run a 200-mile relay over two days and one night; in Ragnar Trail Relays, teams of 8 run a 120-mile trail relay over the same time span. The over 100,000 runners that participate each year embrace their inner wild to conquer what they thought impossible; sacrifice sleep for unforgettable moments and cross the finish line to receive our glorious finisher medals (Relay / Trail) and coveted Double Medals.
Co-founded in 2004 by Ragnar President, Tanner Bell, the company began as a single relay from Logan to Park City, UT and has grown to include 18 Ragnar Relays and 19 Ragnar Trail Relays with more locations coming online every year.
